Meet First: We will set up a phone or in-person consultation to get to know each other a little, discuss the vision you have for your wedding, and then see if I will be the right fit for your day.
Secure the Date: I will provide an agreement for you to review. Then you may reserve the date with me as your DJ with a signed copy and first payment. The remaining balance is due at the wedding or before, whichever you prefer. There are no additional charges for travel or my set up time (you are only charged for the time I am playing music for you). Payments may be made by check or any major credit card.
Stay in Touch: Feel free to contact me anytime over the next few months with questions or ideas you want to discuss. I suggest keeping a running list of songs you like as they pop up over this time.
Plan it Out: One to two months before the wedding I will schedule an in-person or phone meeting with you to hammer out the day-of details. We will go over the time line and any necessary announcements I need to make. Plus, THE FUN STUFF - songs for key moments, must-plays or song suggestions, and a "do-not-play or I will unplug you" list.
Day-Of: You sit back and enjoy the day! I will make appropriate announcements, professionally, throughout the evening as needed, and then get everyone up and dancing from the very first song until the end of the evening. My favorite moment of your wedding will be when you guys are surrounded by your family and friends on the dance floor as the last song ends. It will all be over way too fast!
